Unlikely: The surgery to remove the blood clot after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy sounds like you had a post tonsillectomy bleed. This can happen sometimes. Removing the clot and more importantly controlling the bleeding was likely your surgeons goal. Once you heal, you should have no issues with your voice.
