Wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago, checked surgery site noticed a visible hole/gap where i think the blood clot should be. theres a literal hole there now, i imagine food can get caught in there = dry socket. doesnt hurt right now, what do i do?

First flush out any debris that may have entered the surgery site. You can get a water flusher device at any pharmacy and use it now. Did you have sutures? go back to surgeon for treatment and sutures if needed and dry socket paste if necessary.

If you have no symptoms you are probably ok, Your Surgeon is responsible for your post-surgical care. You are probably OK. Call him/her to discuss ongoing care own your surgical sites.
