Hard to say...: The good news is that you've reached the third trimester -- most babies born after 30 weeks do ok. If your cervix is dilating, the risk of early birth is higher, but lots of women have contractions and still make it to term.

Close OB follow-up: Bed rest and close OB followup to see if there is any treatable condition to prevent preterm delivery. May or may buy a few more weeks of pregnancy. Ask your OB about steroid injection to mature infant's lungs now, just in case cannot extend gestational period.
