See your OB: Braxton Hicks contractions are normal at this time, as are changes in bowel movement due to progesterone effect. You have mentioned nothing that suggest an increased risk of preterm labor. I recommend you discuss with your Ob so you can get a cervical exam if necessary.

I went into preterm labor at 28w with first preg. This preg (2nd preg) 1st cervix length check was 4cm, 2nd was 3cm, 3rd was 2.52cm. Dr suggested follow up in 2 weeks after I pushed for it. Not on progesterone. Should I make a sooner app?
