Try a laxative: Try a laxative. Constipation can cause intermittent pain like that. Also a kidney stone and gall stones (sometimes missed on ct with contrast) are possibilities. If it does not resolve, follow up with you pcp in 5-7 days.

Need more info.: Many things can cause the pai you're describing. My best guess is it might be related to your spine or nerves. Have you had an MRI of your spine?
