Much too weak: Cystic acne seldom responds well to any measure short of isotretinoin, which is not for the faint-hearted. Only a dermatologist can prescribe it. There are adjuncts, but don't expect much benefit from hydrogen peroxide -- its penetrates poorly. Benzoyl peroxide is a mainstay against milder acne.
