CYSTIC ACNE: In my experience, medical extractions and meticulous skin care by a professional is superior to both. Accutane is the "nuclear option" and is a chemotherapy drug with many serious side effects. Since you didn't even share your age, let alone any pictures or what treatments you have had in the past, I suspect you are a very young individual and recommend you discuss this matter with your parents.
