No.: Witch hazal is fine due to its calming effects on the skin but I do not recommend hydrogen peroxide. It is antibacterial, yes. But it is entirely too harsh for skin and could cause more problems than good. I recommend using a medicated daily cleanser and possibly a leave on product such roc retinol--available in drug stores. If this is not effective, see a dermatologist.
