Not sure: Left lower quadrant pain could be caused by intestinal issues, ovarian problems in women, urinary tract issues, uterine issues, referred pain from other structures in the abdomen (gall bladder, appendix, etc). Sharp pain accompanied by nausea should be evaluated by a dr. Though. Good luck.
