I have internal back sharp pain on left side. not sure why? i also am tired all the time, i don't cough loud but a little cough. i feel nausea.

Back pain: Cough and Sharp pain with a deep breath in the upper back may be due to pleurisy or early pneumonia. Fever,sweats,wheeze,chills are other symptoms of pneumonia. Pain lower in the back is seen with kidney stones or infection. The nausea is nonspecific. If symptoms persist or worsen, see your physician for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing will be done.
