A member asked:

I have severe chronic nausea for 1-1/2 years & my recent eeg showed sharp spikes on left side of brain. also dagnosed with fibromyalgia. help me.

Take one at a time: Fibromyalgia can be associated with headaches, and if you have migraines, this may explain the eeg, but also consistent with focal seizures and prior head and/or neck trauma. The chronic nausea could be a medication rxtn, but also, due to GI problems, or even potential migraine equivalent. Need to get this all worked out. Get a neurology consult.
