Many possibilities: Hi. Those symptoms are not specific, and could represent many things such as diverticulitis, kidney stone, ectopic pregnancy, etc. Do you feel ill or have fevers? I don't know how severe it is, but if it's bad or becomes bad, please consider going to your doc or an ER post haste.
