Need examination: My advice is that you get to either a physician or ER if you are continuing to have sweats, fever, nausea/vomiting. Sounds like you've either got a kidney infection or a kidney stone. Drink plenty of clear fluids such as water in the mean time. Don't overdo the ibuprofen until you know a bit more about your kidney status. I might switch to acetaminophen instead.

Seek help: There could be many things causing this but I would be particularly worried that your could have some sort of infectious process, particularly urinary tract related. It is possible your have a "high" urinary tract infection involving the kidney - so called pyelonephritis or you could have a kidney stone. It's truly hard to say without examining and possibly running tests. Consider seeking help
