Contact Lens Break: There is no definite answer for this. If your contacts do not bother you, you can wear them all day. Remember to take them out at night even if they are "extended wear" because sleeping with contact lenses increases the risk of infection. If the lenses bother you, wear glasses as much as possible and have your eyes examined by your doctor.

Not necessary: It is not necessary to give your eyes a break from contact lenses. However some people like to do this. When they do, i suggest taking a day or two off every 1-2 weeks.
