What is the difference between nasonex (mometasone) and flonase?

Similar: Nasonex and Flonase are both nasal steroids but the steroid in Nasonex is mometasone and the steroid in Flonase is fluticasone. Both are effective for allergic rhinitis. Nasonex is scent-free. Fluticasone is available as a generic.
