Maybe: Nasal steroids such as Flonase or Nasonex (mometasone) when used as directed should not raise BP in the vast majority of patients. If someone is using these medications in excess of directions there is a potential for increased absorption into the blood stream. Since all nasal sprays end up being swallowed patients who overuse nasal steroids or someone who is unusually steroid sensitive could raise their bp.
