A member asked:

What's the difference between flonase and nasonex (mometasone) nose sprays?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: They contain different steroids, fluticasone and mometasone respectively, which do exactly the same thing. Nasonex is odorless, while Flonase has a "rosy" smell.
