I can't use decongestants so tried 2 nasal sprays for sinusitis & etd. flonase, nasonex (mometasone) both resulted in horrid migraines. is there any other option?

Bad luck: But hope still, saline nasal washes would do as good if used consistently, till you get evaluated preferably by an allergist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
