Nasal steroid: Greetings. Unfortunately the cheapest nasal steroid spray that I have seen is Nasacort (triamcinolone) at 36 US dollars for a 3 month supply. That's about the same as a co pay with insurance coverage for a generic. Nasacort (triamcinolone) and Flonase OTC are name brand only as of now. I would suggest continuing with generic zyrtec for allergy control. Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy may be another option with avoidance.
