Reasons for nose bleeds and headaches, tumor?

I puzzle why you: Have serious issues but ask here first for a conclusion. Nose bleeds can be nothing but nose picking trauma, to low platelet counts, to high blood pressure. Headaches can be noting to high blood pressure. The two together could mean a blood forming element disorder. You need to see a doctor and get a few tests and that might answer or eliminate some things. Cannot diagnose/rule out a tumor.
