What could be the cause of a bleeding nose with a small blister inside for more than a week with a constant headache?

Nose bleeding/HA: Probably not related. Do not blow or pick nose. Apply bactroban ointment or gasoline with q-tip gently to blister 2-3 x/day. No aspirin or ibuprofen
