How long does it take to heal from a pinched nerve in your foot?

Pinched nerves: Peripheral nerves can regenerate once the compression has been relieved. The rate of recovery and the degree of recovery varies by the severity and duration of the compression. Nerves can continue to heal and recover 18 months after the impingement.

Weeks to Months: Will take some time to heal in the order of weeks to months. If the nerve was severely damaged it could take up to a year. Once a year has passed likely you will continue with some type of issue, hard to know without rmore info. Recommend seeing a nerve specialist like physiatrist.
