Some options: Have you tried meditation? Yoga? Exercise program? Breathing exercises? Progressive muscle relaxation? Passion flower, valerian & chamomile may help. Although kava kava may help it has potential to cause liver damage.

See below: I agree with my colleague. Keeping a diary of events that make you anxious -- what did you feel, what thoughts did you have; where did anxiety feel in your body. Practice relaxation, self-care routine (doing things for you). Physical exercise, good nutrition. Additionally, identify events that you can control and events that you have no control over help reduce sx.
