Possibly: If your psychiatrist evaluates you carefully and thinks both medications will help you, then yes s/he might prescribe them. S/he may want to have the anxiety under control first, though, as Ritalin (methylphenidate) may increase anxiety in some people.

With caution, yes: There is a literature to suggest that methylphenidate may increase the plasma concentrations of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors such as fluovoxamine and so this phenomenon would need to clinically be taken into consideration in terms of the dosages of the medications utilized. Fluvoaxamine has a host of its own interactions and so for example caffeine would probably be poorly tolerated.
