Has your Dr : Diagnosed you with a panic disorder? Ask your dr to provide you with info about your condition. Here's a small tip: if you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.

Don't give up: You don't list what kind of doctors you have seen, but you need to get a physical workup to make sure there isn't anything going on there. If you are not getting results seeing a therapist and psychiatrist make sure you tell your doctors that you feel like they aren't helping. If that still doesn't work, look for different treatment, sometimes you just need to find the right fit. Best wishes.
