If : If your problem is not too bad, your best option is pelvic floor muscle exercises otherwise known as kegel exercises. You can do these any time, anywhere and they help both stress type and urge type urinary leakage. Just imagine squeezing your vagina closed. If you are not sure if you are doing these correctly then a one time visit with a pelvic floor physical therapist will help tremendously to locate the correct muscle group and make sure that you are doing these the right way. If you live in a state with naturopathic providers, they can often recommend non-prescription remedies for incontinence.

Incontinence: If the problem is stress incontinence (leaking with exercise, laugh, cough etc). Kegel exercises are your best bet. Decongestants can also sometimes help.
