Recently my(41age) lipid profile showed LDL 123,hdl 32,total 221,triglycerides 332. My glucose was 85 fasting. Someone suggested me to start rosuvas f 10, whereas another suggestion was to start aerobic before jumping to statin. Suggest what to do?
