Check with when your took your meds for DM and see it they would be peaking at about this time.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, other than mildly elevated LDL your results are normal and not an indication of liver disease. Wish you good health!
