Headaches: Recurrent, one-sided headaches associated with nausea and fatigue are most likely migraines. There are certainly other causes of headaches and you should see your primary care physician to be evaluated, but if migraines are confirmed you can try a "triptan" medication such as imitrex (sumatriptan). There are other triptans, and sometimes people with frequent migraines need preventative meds as well.
