Cannot: The ESR is simply a non-specific indicator of inflammation when elevated. Although your aso titer is elevated, in the absence of a full history, exam and all of the lab results it is impossible to correlate any of the two elements you mention. Discuss this with the doctor who ordered the test. Best wishes.
