chest pain all day long due to costochondritis been to many meds, and nomal 2decho, stress test, ecg, endoscopy is there any parts of my body shld i check?

Injection: I would get the costochondral joint injected and see if the pain clears. I treat those alot with good results. It's not a very painful injection either if done properly.
