Difficult: A lot has been looked at already. Have they checked for tietze's syndrome? Any viral infections lately, have they checked for pleurisy? You stated endoscopy, so they looked for acid reflux? If all above done, need pulmonary function tests to look for restrictive lung disease. Don't worry, meerkats always get better !
