No: Really no! you would get exhausted before too long. If you do have a heart issue, though, then it may get acutely worse during strenuous exercise and that would also make you stop.

Maximal heart rate: Calculations are estimates . If you are heathy enough nothing will happen to you. During exercise you go up to where you can go. I go over mine all the times at 50 y/0. Enjoy your work out.
