At your age it is: possible to achieve a maximal heart rates of 196 BPM so it sounds like you are in the normal range but perhaps pushing yourself a little too hard with your routine. Take it a little easier on yourself. Aim for sustained HR of 85% (167 BPM) for 20 minutes with an appropriate warm up and cool down for 10 minutes on each side.
