Left nostril was cauterized four months ago, successfully stopped the spot from blood drip. It still feels sore in there and looks inflamed. I use a saline solution 3-4 times a day to keep it moist and Afrin if a bit of blood. Is this normal?

Skin on left eyelid and around it down to my left nostril is sore and hurts to touch, like a sensitive burning pain. Skin looks totally normal. Help?
