Blood in nasal mucus: This is relatively common and usually due to a dry nose. It could be due to dry heat outside or dry A/C air indoors. Is there any reason for you to be dehydrated? Do you drink water. You should strive to increase hydration, use nasal saline mist in the nose to moisturize it, avoid rubbing or forcefully blowing the nose and see ENT MD if it persists.
