May need surgery: You need ivf and at age 28 the chances are very high. Nationally, the success is about 55%/cycle but some clinics are higher (ours is 70%+). However, if you have hydrosalpinx then surgery to remove or block the tunes is required otherwise your success drops by about 50% of what was expected. Surgery recovery is fast - 1-2 months then ivf.
