"Tubal flushing" done once with demonstrated open tubes or at least one tube, does not need immediate repetition unless pelvic infection is acquired at a later point, and attempts at pregnancy are not successful. Your gyn provider may recommend a diagnostic laparoscopy to assess whether adhesions are present which can inhibit achievement of pregnancy.
