Ovaries measure 32x22x18 mm, 31x23x18mm, - 6.5 cc and 6.8 cc volume. but the sonography says ovaries with excessive stroma. no periods after 12 july?

An ultrasound is: Not a great tool for diagnosis when there is no mass or cyst observed. "excessive stroma" is not clinically relevant. There is a workup, including labs, which is undertaken once you have missed a period for 3 months. Good luck.

PCOS: Measurements of abnormal ovary volume and lack of periods... You need to go see a doctor who can evaluate you for other causes before you are diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome.
