I got my periods on 12th july . no periods till now, late by 28 days. got ultrasound - ovaries excessive stroma, endomerium -9mm ! help?

Normal: I haven't ever heard of an ultrasound report stating, "excessive stroma". If your ovaries are normal size, then likely nothing to worry about re stroma. Your endometrial stripe of 9mm is also completely normal. Likely there were some hormonal changes that caused you to miss a period. What did your doctor say? They read the report right?
