Keep trying…: The diagnosis of infertility is not made until there has been failure to conceive after 1 year of unprotected intercourse. When the diagnosis is made, then there can be many reasons for infertility including poor semen, anovulation, blocked tubes, etc. It is best to seek clinical at that point to determine the cause.
