Seek help: More information is obviously needed, but after 2 years, this is either a surgical case, or needs help beyond pt and epidural injections. If it is non-surgical, then you might want to consider prolotherapy injections to repair the damage to your ligaments and joints in your back. Many doctors are surprisingly ignorant of this very effective therapy that is used on many athletes.

See doctor ASAP: Two years is a long time to suffer from back pain. It is difficult to help you without a comprehensive evaluation. There are many causes of back pain such as muscle strain, spinal stenosis, ruptured disc, nerve impingement ... I suspect that you might experience some spine issues. Please see a doctor asap for evaluation.
