Unlikely, chance smal: Epidurals can be a way to minimize delivery pain and also sciatica or radiating pain. So chances are small that the epidural is a cause. However, see a spine specialist or PMR doctor for a full evaluation which is likely to include a MRI and Physical Therapy. Many people develop back pain over time and good imaging and core strengthening respectively, can evaluate & treat most causes effectively.
