I feel a lower back pain and leg pain when i need go pee. after i pee the pain goes away. i wake up at least to times at night because of the pain. i have this issue already two years. please advise. thanks a lot?

You should see a doctor for these symptoms which are somewhat uncommon but definitely abnormal. A CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis with IV contrast and a full bladder should be considered as the initial work-up.
