Not that simple: Youn can wash clean and any over the counter ointment , but cat bites and scratches will boatonella infections , called cat scratch fever , as most of the cats carry that bug , with generalized lymph enlargement , will need antibiotic administration

Tetanus shot/watch: Animal bites can cause infections and should be checked and watched for signs such as redness, heat to the area, crusted areas, oozing sores, fever etc. It is also important to find out when the patients last tetanus shot was. If it was more than 5 years ago, then she should get a booster. Keep the area clean and dry. Wash with mild soap twice a day. Is this your cat?
