Possibly: Kroger brand xtra strength pain relief is acetaminophen, which is essentially tylenol. It may be weaker for pain than vicodin, but you will likely have less side effects than the vicodin if you are sensitive to narcotics. If the pain is not severe, i would go with the tylenol. Motrin and Ibuprofen are good over the counter options, but i would not take it constantly for a long time.
