Not unusual: With subsequent pregnancies, it is not unusual to "feel" things differently. This might even be related to fetal position - if the fetus is breech, women often report different sensations in the vaginal area. In the absence of bleeding, pressure or increased discharge, though, i would consider this a normal report.
