Normal: The cervix often begins to soften after 6 to 8 weeks. After 4 previous pregnancies a firm hard closed cervical "door" is probably a "good" thing to prevent early pregnancy loss.

Normal: Cervix becomes softer during pregnancy vs. Non-pregnant ones. Tipped uterus refers to the uterus tilted backwards lying deep in the pelvis. The condition of the cervix would not be changed by the uterus position.

Mild uterus prolapse: It is possible since this is the 5th pregnancy and the cervix is low and hard, that there is some uterine prolapse and the uterus is sitting lower in the pelvis than usual. A tipped back uterus often causes the cervix to be lower and easier to feel. Probably not a problem, but have your doc do an exam.
