Slight low MPV: Mpv is a measure of platelet size to determine whether or not there is an issue with the platelet production in the bone marrow. If your mpv shows up too low, it may be an early indicator of bone marrow cancers like leukemia, if too high may mean increased platelet production by the marrow. But none of this has any value without clinical correlation. Just a number without specific meaning.
