CBC numbers: This is a very non-specific indicator of possible systemic disease. In itself it may mean nothing. But, it would be wise to consider some possible problems with a further workup. Low B12/folate levels can cause this as well as various underlying chronic inflammatory diseases.including metabolic syndromes. You should have a good physical exam and discuss this with your doctor.

Probably nothing: As long as the other parameters are normal. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. If you feel well and have no reason to think you may be developing iron deficiency, just follow it.
